Pediatric Allergy Clinic

Allergies to food, environmental triggers and medications are very worrisome for parents. Our board-certified pediatric allergist, a part of the UNC Division of Pediatric Allergy, Immunology, Rheumatology and Infectious Diseases (AIRID) at N.C. Children's Hospital, provides comprehensive consultations and onsite allergy skin testing for children in our Pediatric Allergy Clinic.

For children with allergy-induced asthma, we offer a state-of-the-art pediatric pulmonary function testing lab, the only one of its kind in Wake County. When needed, pulmonary function testing can be performed by a respiratory therapist during the child’s allergy consultation.
