Pediatric Surgery Clinic
For the convenience of residents in the Wake county area, pediatric surgical specialists from the UNC Division of Pediatric Surgery provide both pre-operative and post-operative surgical consultations for patients in the N.C. Children’s Specialty Clinic in Raleigh. All surgical procedures are performed at N.C. Children’s Hospital in Chapel Hill.
The division's board-certified pediatric surgeons are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for consultations, questions, and referrals. They provide the highest-level of surgical services in a family-centered, child-friendly environment, while educating patients, families, colleagues and the community about surgical issues that are unique to children.
