Information for Parents

The N.C. Children's Hospital staff is committed to the caring and compassion that is critical for the healing of sick children. The staff believes that involving the parents in their child's care aids in the child's recovery from illness as well as keeps the parents informed and included in the process. Highly skilled and highly trained professionals will take the time to talk with parents and answer any questions they may have about their child's care. At N. C. Children's Hospital we provide care and support for not only the individual patient, but for the whole family. We recognize that having a sick or injured child requiring hospitalization can be overwhelming but our highly educated staff will offer the support and environment necessary for your child to receive excellent care.
